8/29/2022 5:58:37 PM My scan ran for six hours and I finally stopped it myself.. Never got an email back from Help. So many things on the menus and selections require a high level of knowledge. Cannot understand what ev everything means. Boy those commercials on TV sucked me in. Even now I keep hitting the Save box and nothing happens.
